Member News: Change of Plans
Hay.
Just so you know this is a role playing club. this club has set sail so it's about time you guys sent in your characters' information. we need your characters' name, vehicle, weapon, and terra. this will a) better help us organize the club and b) fulfill the whole point of this club.if you check out our affiliates you can see there are many storm hawks fan clubs but we are the only role playing club. i want to see how much of a fan you are. don't get negative and tell me that you aren't creative enough or you can't draw. the mission that i launched will now be a guideline/rule. so yes in order to join this club you will need a character. Please go read our newly updated Rules and Directions(how to join)

Mission 1: Febuary 16, 08
great news skyknights! i fixed up the jornal entries so that the rules, members, and affiliates aren't crowding up our updating area. this also makes everything easier to find. i want to thank all those who accepted my affilate as well as all those who visited this page and all those who took a shot and sent me a joining note.

i want to announce that we are now starting our first mission ever! missions are kinnda like contests except there isn't any prize. the mission is to:
draw your skyknight's (or other squadron member) character sheet. just the character you don't have to include the weapon/vehicle. this will help us and the other members get a glimpse of what you/your character look like. try not to copy the same exact hairstyles as the actual characters 'kay.
go to the rules page (link below) and read up on the new rules. the roleplaying rules are the rules for this mission. deadline is March 3, 2008

general rules

you have to be nice to the other members. criticism is fine just be easy okay? some people work hours on their art and making fun of it doesn't help.

when you want as to put up your art simply send us a note titled 'art' and we'll put it up asap. put some effort into your art. this means coloring, no line art please! all lineart will be put into scraps

please don't send us a bazillion requests to join or submit. if we don't think it's appropriate or if it violates any of our/deviantart's rules we'll send you a note back.

you can't claim a character. first come first serve basis.

don't send hate mail. if you don't like the show/this club/a member we don't care. this is a fan club not a hate club.

joining

send us a note with your character's name, weapon, vehicle, and terra (look bellow) titled 'join'.

character rules

you must have a character. that's what role playing is about right?

we would like it if your character isn't one of the actual characters in the show because then we would have like 37846759438765478 aerrows and finn would get no love . so to answer the question yes. you need your very own character.

your character must have a name, weapon, vehicle, and terra. help can be found here

we do except writers but we would like that your character sheet be a drawing... you know for those drawers out there.

we're looking for originality 'kay? make your character, weapon, and vehicle somehow original. detailed:
vehicle: can be a skimmer can be a heliblade. would prefer not please. creativity people!
weapon: must be your very own original weapon, this means no energy blades, no whips (copyright me), none of that stuff! we know that this time and day it is hard to be original but hey if they can do it so can we.
name: go crazy.
